This week, we go out and about geocaching with dad, chat about Tim Peake’s fiery return to earth and review the book that we have just finished, Anne Of Green Gables. We also end up endorsing two of the best cafe’s in Whitby after a trip out with Grandad for his birthday. Oh, it’s 3 ½ days until Toads birthday, if you didn’t already know;-).
Not so long ago we found ourselves in a situation in which one of us wanted to Home Educate and the other didn’t, hear our discussion on what worked for us and how we found a way forward, we also discuss art from the perspective of a non-artist parent and share how useful we find artforkidshub.com. Frogger and Toad enjoy talking about their experiences in the week which include Unity Adventure Club and a very small private music festival that we attended.
Escaping the depressing fog of the North East coast we head to Malton and discover one of the oldest medieval villages in the UK at Wharram Percy– we recorded live too! Frogger and Toad share their scores of the week. We discuss different structures within HE and suggest ways of implementing these models.
