Waldorf Triop salad

We visited a Waldorf school this week and took part in the kindergarten session. We enjoyed the freedom of playing outside and the gentle rhythm of the flowing morning session. Toad learnt to finger knit too.

Meanwhile, we’ve hatched and killed some triops and frogger and toad share their weekly highlights.

Steiner School Visit

Happy July! We hope you’re getting a better share of the weather than we are in foggy Yorkshire. This week we talk about what to do when everything goes to pot and how so much learning is achieved and skills are acquired even when we beat ourselves up for not doing more formal learning.

Frogger shares her weekly highlights and we talk about the evolution of our local Waldorf school and its transition into flexi learning. Find out about Hinderwell scarecrow festival beginning in the 23rd July for one week and why to visit Saltwick bay on the 9th august.
