Hello from an autumnal September in North Yorkshire. Does anybody know where summer went? We spent two weeks in Normandy and summer evaporated.

Toad and Frogger do a really good job of explaining the relevance of the battle of Hastings despite not being overly impressed with the embroidery at Bayeux. We visited a Waldorf school this week and took part in the kindergarten session. We enjoyed the freedom of playing outside and the gentle rhythm of the flowing morning session. Toad learnt to finger knit too.
