An arrow in his eye?

Hello from an autumnal September in North Yorkshire. Does anybody know where summer went? We spent two weeks in Normandy and summer evaporated.

Hear all about our adventures; from our French cuisine consumption to our observations about cultural differences. Toad and Frogger do a really good job of explaining the relevance of the battle of Hastings despite not being overly impressed with the embroidery at Bayeux. They also discuss the hungry jaguars at the zoo and share their highlights of the holiday.

Happy September everyone! Join us next week as we combine Charlotte mason with Steiner.

A lovely photograph of a highland cow sent in by Oliver. He had to over come his fear of cows to shoot this picture for us after a rather fearful incident a few months ago. So thank you to Oliver:-)
