We’re back and we wish you all a Happy New year and all the best for 2018. We hope you’ve had a super time celebrating with friends, family and food.
On today’s show Frogger and toad review the Green science weather station kit and the robotic arm building set. (Put links in)
We also talk about the increase in the number of families deciding to home educate, which has tripled in some counties. What were your reasons for home educating, flexi schooling or choosing school? We share some of our many reasons and talk about our response to the call to register all families.
Finally, frogger and toad share their scores of the holidays.
As always, get in contact with us to share your comments, experiences and suggestions. Happy home edding!!
Frogger and Toad take a wee break from stardom this week, so Sarah and Paul hijack the microphone (our apologies for this). We discuss our Green Science Project and the steps we’ve taken to have our own vegetable patch despite only having a concrete yard. (http://www.greenpeace.org.uk/tags/plastic) We discuss our Spring plans of which vegetables we intend to grow.
We are back after the Christmas holidays and like a lot of home edders, we are reviewing our learning through 2016 and planning new activities for 2017.
We take a look back at our green science project of last year and decide that we should expand upon this in the coming year.
We all give our ‘Scores of the Year’.
And we chat about how we will be taking a look at the Charlotte Mason Method over the next few weeks.
